• Automated Detection: Infinity Angles uses advanced automated systems to detect, prevent, and remove child exploitation material. Any detected material is immediately removed and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant authorities.
• Reporting Mechanism: Users can report suspicious content or behavior through our in-app reporting feature. All reports are reviewed by our Trust and Safety team within 24 hours.

User Safety Features

• Privacy Controls: Young users can restrict who can contact them, comment on their posts, and view their profile information. Default privacy settings are set to maximum protection for users under 18.
• Blocking and Reporting: Users can block other users and report inappropriate behavior, including harassment, bullying, and grooming attempts.
• Direct Messaging Safety: Messages between adults and minors are subject to additional monitoring and restrictions to prevent exploitation.
• No Algorithmic Amplification of Minors: We do not use algorithms to amplify content created by minors in a way that could make them vulnerable to predators or exploitation.

Parental Controls

• Parental Dashboard: Parents and guardians can access a dashboard to monitor their child's account activity, including friend lists, messages, and posted content (where permitted by applicable law).
• Device-Level Controls: We support device-level parental control tools and provide information on how to enable them.
• Reporting Options: Parents can report concerns about their child's safety directly to our Safety Team at safety@infinityangles.com.

Employee and Contractor Training

• All employees and contractors who have access to user data, especially data involving minors, receive mandatory training on child safety, privacy, and legal obligations.
• We maintain strict confidentiality and security protocols to protect children's personal information.

Transparency and Compliance

• Infinity Angles complies with COPPA, GDPR, and other applicable children's privacy and safety regulations worldwide.
• We publish an annual transparency report detailing child safety incidents and actions taken.
• We cooperate fully with law enforcement and government agencies to protect child safety.

Educational Resources

• We provide tips and resources for parents and educators on how to help children use social media safely.
• Users can access in-app resources about online safety, privacy protection, and recognizing predatory behavior.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

The information on this service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company excludes all representations, warranties, conditions and terms related to our website and the use of this website.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
